Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These terms apply to iWheel, a service operated by Retur Design ("we", "us"). When you book or pay for a class, you are entering into an agreement with Retur Design.
Acceptance
By using this website or booking a class, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
We offer guided electric unicycle (EUC) classes: a free 15-minute try-out, a 1-hour beginner class (999 kr) and a 2-hour intensive class (1 999 kr). We confirm the time with you by email after booking. You must follow the instructor's safety instructions and wear the protective gear provided.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, or interfering with the website's security (malware, probing, scraping).
Intellectual property
Retur Design retains ownership of the website, its content, materials and the iWheel branding.
Service level
We do our best to keep the website available and classes running as scheduled, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Classes may be rescheduled due to weather or safety reasons.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel access to the service in case of material breach of these terms, non-payment, safety or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
